ANNUAL ATHLETIC AWARDS NOMINATION FORM AVAILABLE UNDER EVENTS SECTION
The form must be completed in full, including the citation of the nominee’s accomplishments. Nominees will be judged only on their performance in the last calendar year (January – December). All nominees must have resided in Kamloops in the calendar year of nomination OR be a member in good standing training with and competing for a recognized Kamloops Club/Association. All nominees should be considered amateur by the definition of the provincial or national sports organizations. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged!
